Warranty Information

We strive to consistently provide our customers with quality service and products.  However, there are times when unexpected occurrences may arise. 

If this happens, please contact Customer Service at 1-844-692-3100 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the item back to us.  All returns must have prior approved authorization.  The material must also be returned with shipping prepaid in original condition and in their original packaging clean and unused.  Returns where Light Savings is not at fault may be subject to a re-stocking charge.   All shipping costs are non-refundable.   

About Warranties

Many products offered provide a Manufacturer’s Warranty.  Lightsavings.com will make available to Buyer all transferable warranties made by the Manufacturer of the goods.  Lightsavings.com hereby disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including among others, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Lightsavings.com also neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sales of invoiced item(s). 

Special Order Items

Items that fall into this category are deemed final sale.  Please note this when placing a special order or purchasing a non-stock item as it is best to allow a Light Savings representative to assist in your order.  These items can incur large re-stocking fees from the vendor or manufacturer do to their customized nature.  We would like to ensure that each customer obtains their correct material the first time around to avoid extra fees in the future.  In the event that a final sale exception does indeed happen, the customer will be advised of their amounts due.
