BR30/BR40
BR30 bulbs have a reflective coating on the inside of the bulb that directs light forward. The 30 value represents the diameter of the bulb in 1/8 of an inch. The R30 is 3.75 inches in diameter. The BR40 LED bulb is energy efficient and can last a long time. It can be used indoors and is dimmable for customized light.

MR16 (GU5.3)
“MR” stands for multifaceted reflector, a pressed glass reflector with the inside (reflecting side) surface composed of facets and covered by a reflective coating. Some MR16 lamps have a cover glass on the front end of the reflector. The cover is a safety measure designed to contain any broken fragments in case the lamp shatters when it fails.

PAR20
PAR20 bulbs control light more precisely. They produce about four times the concentrated light intensity of general service A shape incandescents. They can be used in recessed and track lighting. PAR20 is one of the best applications for LED due to its directional nature.

PAR30
PAR30 bulbs control light more precisely. They produce about four times the concentrated light intensity of general service A shape incandescents, and are used in recessed and track lighting. Like all light bulbs, the 30 value represents the diameter of the bulb in 1/8 of an inch.

PAR38
PAR38 bulbs produce about four times the concentrated light intensity of general service A shape incandescents and they are used in recessed and track lighting. Like all light bulbs, the 30 value represents the diameter of the bulb in 1/8 of an inch. Therefore, a PAR38 is 4.75 in diameter.
